SwitchFi is a software platform operated by RYAN CONSULTING SG PTE. LTD. SwitchFi is a non-custodial interface and is not a bank, custodian, exchange, broker, money-services business, or investment advisor. SwitchFi never holds your funds and never has access to your private keys; every transaction is signed in, and executed from, your own wallet.
1. Swap routes and quotes are sourced from third-party liquidity protocols and aggregators. All quoted amounts are estimates; the final amount received depends on on-chain execution, network fees, bridge fees and your slippage setting, and is confirmed in your wallet before you sign.
2. Fiat-to-crypto purchases (“Buy with cash”) are provided by independent, licensed third-party on-ramp partners. Payment processing, identity verification (KYC), compliance checks and delivery of purchased crypto are performed entirely by the partner under its own terms of service and privacy policy — SwitchFi never receives your card or bank details. The partners involved may change from time to time and are identified alongside each quote. Availability, supported payment methods, limits, rates and fees vary by partner and by your country of residence. Displayed quotes include partner fees but remain indicative until confirmed at the partner’s checkout.
3. Digital assets are highly volatile and their value may fall to zero. Crypto assets are not legal tender, are not bank deposits, and are not protected by any deposit-insurance or investor-compensation scheme (such as FDIC or SDIC coverage). Blockchain transactions are irreversible: funds sent to a wrong address or lost keys cannot be recovered by SwitchFi. Nothing on this site constitutes financial, investment, legal or tax advice.
4. SwitchFi may receive a fee, commission or revenue share from liquidity providers, aggregators or on-ramp partners for transactions routed through this interface, at no additional cost beyond the quotes displayed to you.
5. SwitchFi is not directed at persons in jurisdictions where use of such services is restricted or prohibited, including sanctioned regions. You are solely responsible for compliance with the laws applicable to you. Use of SwitchFi is subject to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
