Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 4, 2026

SwitchFi (“SwitchFi”, “we”, “us”) operates the non-custodial swap interface at https://switchfi.app/. SwitchFi is a software interface only: it never holds your funds and never has access to your private keys. This policy explains what data is and is not involved when you use it.

No accounts, no personal data

There is no sign-up or login. We do not ask for or collect your name, email, phone number, or any government ID, and we do not perform KYC. You interact with SwitchFi solely through your self-custody wallet.

Your wallet and keys

SwitchFi never receives, stores, or has access to your private keys or seed phrase. Every transaction is signed inside your own wallet (e.g. MetaMask, TronLink). We cannot move, freeze, or recover your assets.

On-chain and transaction data

Blockchains are public. To show you quotes, transaction status, and your activity, SwitchFi processes and may store publicly available on-chain information — such as wallet addresses, token addresses and amounts, chains, and transaction hashes. This is public blockchain data keyed to your wallet address, not private personal information, and SwitchFi provides no anonymity: all swaps remain fully traceable on-chain.

Third-party services

To provide routing, quotes, and broadcasting, SwitchFi relies on third parties, including:

  • LI.FI — cross-chain routing and quotes;
  • SunSwap V3 — on-chain Tron swaps;
  • TronGrid and RPC/node providers — reading chain state and broadcasting transactions;
  • your wallet provider and public CDNs that serve the app’s libraries.

When you request a quote or send a transaction, your wallet address and request details are shared with these services so they can fulfill the request. Their own privacy policies apply to data they process.

Cookies, analytics and logs

SwitchFi does not use tracking or advertising cookies and does not sell your data. Our hosting infrastructure and the third-party services above may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and request metadata) for security, abuse-prevention, and operational purposes.

Children

SwitchFi is not directed to anyone under 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
