Terms of Service

Last updated: June 4, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the SwitchFi interface at https://switchfi.app/ (“SwitchFi”, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Non-custodial software interface

SwitchFi is a non-custodial software interface that helps you construct and submit blockchain transactions from your own wallet. SwitchFi is not a bank, broker, dealer, exchange, custodian, or money-services business. We never take custody or control of your funds, never hold your private keys, and never sign or broadcast transactions on your behalf. The underlying protocols — including LI.FI, bridges, SunSwap V3, and the blockchains themselves — are independent third parties that we do not own or control.

2. Your responsibilities

You are solely responsible for your wallet, your private keys and seed phrase, and for reviewing and verifying every transaction before you sign it — including the destination address, tokens, amounts, slippage, fees, and network. Blockchain transactions are irreversible; SwitchFi cannot reverse, cancel, or recover a submitted transaction or funds sent to a wrong or incompatible address.

3. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, that quotes or rates are accurate, that a route or swap will succeed, or that third-party services will perform.

4. Risks

Using on-chain swaps and bridges involves significant risk, including but not limited to: smart-contract and bridge vulnerabilities, price slippage and market volatility, failed or stuck transactions, network congestion and fees, and the performance of third parties (LI.FI, SunSwap, RPC/node providers, your wallet). You accept these risks. Do not transact with more than you can afford to lose.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwitchFi and its contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of funds, profits, or data, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service. The Service interacts with third-party protocols for whose actions we are not responsible.

6. Compliance and eligibility

You are responsible for complying with all laws, regulations, and sanctions that apply to you. You represent that you are not located in, or a resident of, any jurisdiction where use of the Service is prohibited, and that you are not a person or entity subject to applicable sanctions. We may restrict or deny access where required. SwitchFi does not provide anonymity, mixing, or any service designed to obscure the source or destination of funds; all activity is public and traceable on-chain.

7. No financial advice

Nothing on the Service is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are responsible for your own decisions.

8. Prohibited use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful activity, to facilitate sanctioned transactions, to launder proceeds of crime, or in any way that violates these Terms or applicable law.

9. Changes

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes are reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
